Inspired by her Christian faith and the strangers she meets on public transit, Irene writes stories about people navigating the complexities in life. She has taken a novel writing class at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and is working on her collection of short stories. Aside from writing, she can be seen taking long walks and running.
